One of the best and most value-for-money accommodations in the Pererenan area. You will get a private villa with a private swimming pool, a spacious bedroom and bathroom, a large sofa area and kitchen, fully equipped with various cooking utensils, a water dispenser, and a hairdryer. Truly highly recommended to stay here

The host waited for us even though we arrived later than the scheduled time due to the rain, and explained everything to us in detail.
The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos and is perfect for two people. The location is also very convenient, with all the necessary shops nearby, making it easy to get around.
If we have the chance, we would definitely love to stay here again.

This place is absolutely amazing, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay! It’s super comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful and very clean.
You definitely need to stay here if you want to relax and enjoy time with your family or friends. Keep in mind that it’s a bit far from the main street, but renting a scooter makes it really easy to get around.
I’m definitely coming back soon! The staff is very kind and always available for your needs.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Within 30 days of check-in

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
