Très bon séjour dans cette belle villa à Bali. Les hôtes, une famille vivant en bas, sont vraiment adorables : discrets, disponibles et toujours de bon conseil. On s’est sentis très bien accueillis. On recommande sans hésiter ! ☺️

We very much enjoyed our stay!!! Beautiful home!! Very spacious and had a wonderful Balinese vibe that we were looking for!
The host was lovely and very accommodating!! Helpful with laundry and made sure rooms and bedding was always clean. 100% recommend!!!

Wir waren 1 Woche in dem tollen Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Pool war schön sauber und war eine tolle Abkühlung, die Lage war etwas abseits aber da wir schon oft auf Bali waren wussten wir das bereits als wir gebucht hatten. Die beiden Houssitter die unten wohnen sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Für das Geld bekommt man nirgends etwas besseres. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :)

We had a wonderful time here. The view is great and pool was very welcoming. The staff here were superb, really helpful, cleaning every day and offered suggestions on things to do. It really wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for them.
The building is a little dated but the AC works fine and I was able to work remotely on the WiFi for two weeks with minimal issues. There are a good number of restaurants/warungs close by for a good range of food and plenty of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive too.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Within 30 days of check-in

For refunds, please contact our reservation team.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
