The place was clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything very easy. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

My family had an amazing time staying at Casa Seena villa. This villa suits 10 people perfectly, there is so much open space and you don’t feel like you are in top of each other. The host was amazing, super responsive and very helpful with organising luggage storage until our flight home. Thank you so much. Let us know if you ever want to sell your villa.

villa as per description, its quite clean and has everything we need. quality of furnitures are good and the villa is good for all of us 9 ppl at good value. minor issues such as one of AC remote control doesnt work but can use other room's. overall we had pleasant stay perfect for our girls trip to celebrate 35 years of friendship!

This was easily one of the best stays that I’ve had. The place was super clean, the staff very helpful and the place was beautiful! I usually struggle to sleep in Bali due to light and noise but my sleep here was perfect.
I felt like home and whenever I had questions they were super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Villa!
Thanks again, I loved it and will definitely come back!!

It was the best decision to stay here! Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Almost no mosquitos at all. Beautiful pool that cleans itself! Host was very polite and friendly. Would really recommend this bnb. It looks exactly like on photos. One of the best experiences. Definitely would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating especially when we needed a little flexibility with checkout. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and helpful communication throughout our stay.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Within 30 days of check-in

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
