This place was perfect for our first trip to Uluwatu! I stayed here with five friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful—gave us awesome local tips for beaches, entertainment, and excursions. The house was super clean, they provided laundry, and they had motorbikes for rent available as well. Highly recommend this spot if you want a laid-back, comfortable stay with amazing hosts. At this price point you couldn’t possibly ask for better housing. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié cette maison, mon séjour a été très agréable.
Cette maison est très bien orientée, elle est lumineuse et au calme.
L’environnement de la piscine est un pur bonheur, les chambres sont très spacieuses et les salles de bain particulièrement agréables.
La pièce arrive est également parfaite, l’écran de télévision est gigantesque…
Je recommande vivement.

The place is really clean✨ The bed linen and bathroom are in perfect condition. The pool is clean and has a beautiful view of the sunrise. I'll definitely be back.

Almost impeccable, the service staff is very friendly and always smiling. He also came to pick me up in person when I couldn't find the way at the beginning. But the only shortcoming is that you can only take a hot bath of 15 litros, which is far from enough for me.

What a beautiful villa. From inside, you'd think you were completely alone in the rice paddies with no one else around. However, it's very quick and easy to get to central Ubud. There's a great little restaurant just down the hall, and the staff can make you a wonderful breakfast if you need it.
The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful.
It was clean, comfortable, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
