Super logement ! Proche de tout, tout en étant dans une rue calme. Le logement est parfait, correspond à la description ! Excellente communication, autant concernant la villa que pour louer un scooter ! Je recommande et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

I enjoyed my stay overall. The villa was clean, smelled great, and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very accommodating, especially when I needed a late check-in. I also had my flower pool set up here for my birthday, and the host handled everything perfectly. If you’re sensitive to insects or lizards, I recommend bringing insect repellent, there are quite a few mosquitoes and lizards, especially around the bathroom area. Other than that, it’s a very calm and relaxing place to stay.
The lighting here is amazing. If you’re a content creator or someone who loves taking pictures, you’ll really appreciate it.

这家villa是本次来巴厘岛旅行最大亮点，主要是非常干净还有一个很好看的泳池，真的非常开心，清晨起来打开窗帘看到这样的景观一天的心情都好了，住了两天，房东人也特别好，希望下次还有机会来住。

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Within 30 days of check-in

For refunds, please contact our reservation team.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
