Loved our stay here, the host and staff were all super friendly and helpful during our stay, had a few cut outs with electricity in the middle of the day, but i don’t believe this was the hosts fault, and he worked to get the issue sorted within the hour both times it happened, very easy to communicate with and very helpful, villa was very clean and staff came to clean when needed, aswell as replace towels, etc, laundromat down the road and pretty good location, wasnt in the middle of heavy bali traffic and not far from seminyak. Looked just like the photos and the information about the villa was very accurate.
Definitely recommend for your stay in Bali!

If I could, I would've given this place a 6/5 stars, absolute value for money, when i arrived everything was spotless, everything I asked for was provided right immediately. Accessible, strategic location, free car parking and theres always a doggo waiting for you outside. If you're ever visiting, you HAVE to stay here. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat mich bei der Anreise sehr nett aufgenommen und war während des Aufenthalts stehts bemüht das ich einen schönen Urlaub habe.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely worth it. The place is very nice, comfortable, and clean. They also provide a water dispenser with both hot and cold water, which was a big plus for us.
What really stood out for me was the staff — they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I’m very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend this place.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
