Absolutely beautiful and peaceful location, fantastic views and very relaxing. the housekeeper was super helpful and friendly, helping to organise any requests we had, even organising a doctor and cooking for a couple of our group who had fallen ill. Highly recommend the place, especially for families who want a quiet relaxing place to unwind. Thanks for the hospitality, our entire group loved the place!

We really enjoy our stay there. The Villa is clean spacious and with an outdoor pool. The housekeeper family are very friendly and very helpful too. Will sure come back soon.

Amazing place. My family was happy staying here, apart for the rooms that was unable to lock but since they have staff staying just under and is trusted, it's fine. Really worth the price and worth it. We'll come back next year!

We recently visited this Villa for a total of ten days and had an absolutely amazing experience. The accommodation is stunning and very well maintained and nothing is too much trouble for the on sight staff.

Wow what an amazing place!! Great pool, surroundings were nice and green, beautiful view, and the staff here are so nice and welcoming, we felt well looked after and loved every minute of our stay.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

Within 30 days of check-in

For refunds, please contact our reservation team.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
