We had an amazing stay at this villa. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as described. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication effortless. The location was perfect and very peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Excellent stay in Bali! Everything was as described. Lovely private pool, and great location easily accessible to central Seminyak by Grab bikes. Also easy to order coffee in the morning! Very clean and well organised, had everything you need! Airport pick up was great and host was there to meet me at the property. Would definitely recommend.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
