Our stay at this villa was simply stunning! It looks even better than the photos, and the location, while a bit remote, promises incredible privacy and closeness to nature, tucked away in the tranquil rice paddies of Ubud. Waking up to sunrise and witnessing the surrounding scenery was like being in paradise. The host was very prompt in communicating, proactive in assisting us throughout the process, and very welcoming. We highly recommend staying at least two nights to fully enjoy the peace and quiet. Don't forget to take a walk in the rice paddies just outside and feel connected to the simplicity of the beautiful Balinese countryside.

6 Stars for this experience. As a seasoned traveller , you expect a certain amount of disappointment with the photos looking better etc etc. This place was better than it looks, incredible stay. Luxurious and clean , comfortable and service that you’d expect in a five star hotel. Excellent , could not recommend it more i will certainly return.

Our villa in Ubud Tamika is so beautiful! I’m so in love with the Balinese architecture of the villa and everything in it. The carefully placed ornaments, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cookware, and generous toiletries made our stay even better. The staff are very attentive, quick to address concerns and questions, and just one message away. I wish we had stayed longer!

Eine wunderschöne Villa! Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, man hat eine gute Anbindung in die City und man kann direkt nebenan im Café essen gehen oder sich to go etwas bestellen. Wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Man fühlt sich hier wie im eigenen Haus. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommuniziert problemlos auf Englisch. Preis-Leistung passt perfekt, und in Wirklichkeit ist die Unterkunft sogar schöner als auf den Fotos. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
