Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa. La villa était impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos. Tout est neuf, moderne et très confortable.
L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant et réactif, avec une communication fluide du début à la fin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons pleinement profité d’un séjour relaxant et luxueux. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.
