we had an amazing memorable experience in this villa. it is located near the good places in Seminyak. the villa and the pool is clean, they clean it everyday, kitchen utensils are complete and good to use. we came in group of 3 families and didn't have any sleep issues, large bedroom & bathroom, and lot of beds. very very thanks to the staff, nikki, lanna, sury, kadek, dika, natalie, and yopi. thank you nikki and lanna for guiding us to the villa, very clear instructions so the villa was easy to found. lanna is fast responder, everytime i need everything she and team quickly came and help. keep up the good work guys. highly recommended villa.

We had such an amazing stay at this villa! The place is super clean, peaceful, and exactly like the photos — even better in person. The pool and rooms were perfect for relaxing.

Check-In

Earliest at 14:00

  • Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
  • Most of our villas include onsite parking. For specific details, please contact our reservation team.
  • We provide airport transfer services at a cost of 500K per car per way.

Check-Out

Latest at 11:00

  • Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the daily villa rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation with a full refund, minus up to a 3.5% transaction fee.

In the event of force majeure or extreme circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate date changes or last-minute cancellations. This includes situations like immediate family bereavement, natural disasters, severe illness, or immigration/visa issues.

Please note, we are unable to offer rescheduling or refunds for changes in personal travel plans or flight delays/cancellations.
