Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Villa Bali Grande, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to reservations made through our website or directly with Villa Bali Grande.

1. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Reservations that remain unpaid or are marked as On Hold are not considered fully confirmed and may be released if payment is not completed within the applicable payment period.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

The cancellation date is determined based on the date Villa Bali Grande receives the cancellation request.

3. Changes to Your Reservation

Any request to change the dates, duration, or other details of a reservation is subject to availability and may be subject to the applicable rate and cancellation policy.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. Any transaction or payment processing fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Villa Bali Grande

In exceptional circumstances, Villa Bali Grande may need to cancel a confirmed reservation due to operational, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement or a refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable booking terms.

6. Force Majeure

Villa Bali Grande shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing accommodation or services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events.

Any refund or alternative arrangement in such circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable law.

To request a cancellation, please contact Villa Bali Grande and provide your booking details.

The cancellation will be considered effective once the request has been received and acknowledged by Villa Bali Grande.
