Welcome to Villa Bali Grande. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of accommodation and related services with Villa Bali Grande.
By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Villa Bali Grande.
Reservations that remain unpaid or are marked as On Hold are not considered confirmed and may be released if payment is not completed within the applicable payment period.
2. Guest Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
The name provided on the booking should correspond with the identification document presented at check-in.
Any changes to guest information should be communicated to Villa Bali Grande as soon as possible.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times are subject to the times stated in your booking confirmation.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in where required by applicable regulations.
4. Occupancy & Additional Guests
The number of guests staying at the villa must not exceed the number stated in the reservation unless prior approval has been obtained from Villa Bali Grande.
Additional guests may be subject to additional charges and availability.
The villa may not be used for events, parties, commercial activities, or gatherings exceeding the permitted occupancy without prior written approval.
5. Villa Use & Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to use the villa and its facilities responsibly and respectfully.
Guests agree to:
- Keep the villa and its facilities in reasonable condition.
- Follow all applicable villa rules and safety instructions.
- Respect the surrounding property, neighborhood, and community.
- Avoid activities that may cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbance.
- Not use the property for unlawful or prohibited activities.
Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing property damaged, lost, or misused during their stay.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted unless expressly authorized by Villa Bali Grande:
- Unauthorized parties or events
- Excessive noise or activities that disturb neighbors
- Commercial or promotional activities
- Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Bringing additional guests beyond the approved occupancy without prior authorization
Villa Bali Grande reserves the right to take appropriate action, including termination of the stay without refund, where serious violations occur.
7. Payment
All rates and payment requirements will be displayed during the booking process or stated in the booking confirmation.
Guests are responsible for completing payment within the required payment period.
Failure to complete payment may result in the reservation being cancelled or released.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges will be communicated during the booking process or included in the booking confirmation.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable booking terms, cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
9. Property & Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
Villa Bali Grande is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Guests are encouraged to secure valuable items appropriately.
10. Liability
Villa Bali Grande will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
However, Villa Bali Grande shall not be liable for loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the guest’s failure to follow villa rules and safety instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Force Majeure
Villa Bali Grande shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing accommodation or services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, severe weather, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
12. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify a reservation, including changes to dates, number of guests, or length of stay, are subject to availability and approval by Villa Bali Grande.
Additional charges or changes to the applicable rate may apply.
13. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, images, descriptions, amenities, rates, and other information may occasionally change without prior notice.
14. Privacy
Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.
16. Changes to These Terms
Villa Bali Grande reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date.
